Grand Rapids Airport Interactive Display
Installed in November of 2018 and updated quarterly, the 70-foot display illustrates the company's history and global footprint while keeping consumer experience and brand identity at the forefront. It features a touchscreen with interactive capabilities that is surrounded by two digital signage screens. The opposing side of the showcase hosts physical product and an 8-foot embossed display of Wolverine's very own leather.
Icon development plays a crucial role in data visualization by easing the digestion of large amounts of data while maintaining information integrity. Throughout the design of over 250 icons, Wolverine Worldwide's communications have illustrated a large variety of faceted information spanning from consumer segmentation to processes explanation.
As one of the sponsors for ArtPrize8, Wolverine Worldwide hosted an artist hub downtown Grand Rapids, MI. It was important to meld the creativity and soul of ArtPrize with Wolverine Worldwide's products and imagery. This was accomplished through creative ways of displaying product and partnering with brand designers to showcase preliminary drawings of the products displayed.
Wolverine Worldwide hosted its inaugural Innovation Symposium in Grand Rapids, MI. In addition to developing a logo for the event, the established identity was illustrated through all aspects of the three day symposium. Invitations, menus, awards, wayfinding, guest takeaways, and digital signage were all integral in driving the branding of the event.
Over 30 printed advertisements from Wolverine Worldwide are published on a yearly basis. It is important to represent the entire portfolio of brands and maintain the corporate design standards while also publishing a visually dynamic and interesting design.
